RJ lost his job before Christmas (14th) due to tardiness … this was the week we were having major car issues (both the car and van died on us). They pretty much knew what the deal was, but hey, policy is policy - right?  Sad part is, he’s been there for 7 years, and he was dismissed just like that. Just goes to show how far loyalty goes nowadays.

So, yeah, I guess God has plans for MyBoo … like we say, He gives us a good kick in the hiny when we don’t want to budge.  We can’t move when He wants us to stay … and we can’t stay when He wants us to move.

I don’t know if it’s just the after-Christmas blues, but there is a sadness in my heart that I cannot shake. With the sadness and weight in my chest comes aggravation, then frustration, then anger.  When the anger dies down and leaves, the sadness still remains, and it starts over … vicious cycle. It weighs me down so much that I’m finding a hard time lifting it up to he Lord … but I lift this feeling up to the Lord and pray that he handles and takes this sadness away.  To God be the Glory, our lives are in his hands.
